Jesus was fully man and he was fully God. His heart must have been broken for what he knew was about to happen. Jesus had washed the feet of Judas, knowing that Judas was about to betray him.

Jesus had worked with Judas for three years. Jesus loved Judas. He washed Judas’ feet. He offered Judas the opportunity to repent right up to the end. But Judas walked away from the love of Jesus. He did not participate in the breaking of bread and foot washing…Instead, he left the disciples and Jesus and betrayed the savior.

John 13: 21 When Jesus had said these things, He was troubled in spirit, and testified and said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, one of you will betray Me.”
1. Judas was about to betray him and commit suicide.
2. Peter was going to deny him.
3. All of the disciples were going to forsake him.
4. His own people would demand that he be crucified.

I am sure he was troubled in his spirit at this time. He knew what was about to happen. When he said “one of you will betray me”.
Peter was close enough to lean back and ask him who it was.
26 Jesus answered, “It is he to whom I shall give a piece of bread when I have dipped it.” And having dipped the bread, He gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon. 27 Now after the piece of bread, Satan entered him. Then Jesus said to him, “What you do, do quickly.”

After Jesus was taken prisoner, Judas felt remorse, but not repentance. He threw down his betrayal money in the temple, went away, and hanged himself.
Some of you have been betrayed by friends and family. Jesus wants to heal your hurt and brokenness. He knows what you are going through, he has already been there. Let it go and choose to forgive those that have wronged you…..
