Proverbs 13:3 He who guards his mouth preserves his life,
But he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction.
If we don’t learn to use and control our tongue, it will control us. We need to think before we speak and choose our words carefully, Our words reflect the condition of the heart.

Matthew 12:34 For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things.
If my words are boastful, my heart is full of pride.
If my words are filthy, my heart is impure.
If my words are critical, my heart is filled with self righteousness
The problem is not our tongues, the problem is our hearts. Our words are reflecting what is living in the heart.
